-Stairs: This unit is located on the 2nd floor and requires guests to walk up 2 flights of stairs. - This 2 Bedroom apartment works best for up to 4 guests but can accommodate up to 6 if needed with standard sofa and fold out futon for additional sleeping areas. Queen beds in each of the 2 bedrooms. The dining table seats up to 4. - For your comfort and protection bed mattresses and all pillows have hypoallergenic covers to control dust-mites and bed bugs. - Pillows are top rated Snuggle-Pedic Ultra-Luxury Bamboo Shredded Memory Foam Pillow. - Beds mattresses are Lucid Comfort Collection 12" Medium Gel Memory Foam Mattress on platform bed frames. - Keurig coffee maker with a variety of coffee and teas. - Brita water filter pitcher - Note that bedrooms do not have closets. For clothing storage one room has standing clothing storage rack, and the smaller room has a 24" shelf with a rod and hangers. - No laundry facilities on site. - Apartment is within a 4-unit building
Access
Guest are to enter and exit by using deck door only. The entrance near the bathroom door should stay locked and only used in the case of an emergency. This door leads to the interior stairwell. We want to respect the other long term tenants and not allow foot traffic in the stairwell.

Transit
- Street Parking - parking on the street our front is by permit only. Most other streets nearby are free parking, so you may need to park a block away. - Garage Parking - 1 garage parking space may be available for additional fee. $25 per day, $100 per week, $250 per month. Garage is located at our property seven houses down the alley. - Blue Line train (Western stop) is just 3 minute walk. 10 minute train ride to downtown, or 30 minute train ride to O'hare airport - Divvy bike rental station just 400 ft away at Western Ave and Winnebago. - Reasonable street parking in the area. - From O'Hare airport, a 30 minute Blue line train ride takes you to the Western train stop 400 ft from the property. Very convenient. - From Midway airport, the Orange line train takes you into downtown, where you switch to Blue line to the get off at the Western stop and walk 400ft to property. Total 1 hour trip by train, or take 35 min Uber ride (depending on traffic) - Union Station downtown is accessible by Blue line. Total trip is 26 minutes including the walk between Union Station and Blue line.

Main entrance to unit is through the rear entrance accessed by the open back stairs. Internet: Planning to work from home? We've got you covered! Our subscription to Comcast Business provides fast internet service at 200Mbps.
House Rules
- Quiet time after 9 pm every day - No unregistered visitors after 9 pm - Parties or loud noise will not be tolerated. Owners family lives on the floor below. We will not hesitate to call police to remove all persons if needed. - Late check-out fee of $50 per every half hour after 11 AM - You must send a message when all guests have checked out.

I had this air bnb booked for a one month stay! The location is great! Felt decently safe walking around even at night and prime location for public transportation!! Pros: -Location! -Affordability -Decent sized kitchen/living -Extra linens and towels! -Beds were pretty comfy in my opinion -Quick responses from host! -Super clean when arrived -Easy check in! Cons: -The bedrooms were a little bit smaller than expected which it made me pretty difficult for 4 people to be living here comfortably -The shower went from super hot to freezing every 10 seconds every single time i showered -a little difficult if you receive deliveries during your stay -constant foot steps from above & late at night Overall , couldn’t recommend this Airbnb more for a short term stay!! Perfect for a quick trip to Chicago ,just wasn’t the best for my personal needs in a month long stay ,but it might work out perfect for you!

Great location, great experience, great apartment. This may be the first Airbnb I've stayed in that looked just like the photos. There was plenty of space, comfortable beds, kitchen was fully stocked and really it just had everything you'd need. The location is walkable, good food nearby and steps away from the blue line. The area felt completely safe and friendly. Nathan is an excellent communicator and was helpful for my entire month-long stay. 10/10 would recommend and am looking forward to staying here in the future.

Stayed in this apartment for about a month, and enjoyed my stay! The location is very convenient to the blue line with lots of restaurants and things to do. Plenty of space for the two of us, and the provided toiletries and coffee/tea were much appreciated! Host was very responsive. Would recommend!

Had a great extended stay! The apartment had everything I needed for a successful 6 week stay. Location is great - right near the Western stop on the blue line and tons of bus stops. Tons of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Free garage parking a couple units down the block in the host's garage was extremely helpful. The neighbors were also very nice! They kindly brought a few of my packages up to the unit when I was gone for most of the day. I worked from home for the entirety of my stay and the wifi supported my nearly constant Zoom calls. Mostly stayed here by myself, but family visited for a long weekend and we found there was enough room for the 3 of us adults during their visit!
