  • Once we have established the pricing and dates we will send a booking invitation to your email.  You can review the booking invitation and enter your payment details.  Payment of first months rent in advance will secure the booking.  Note that the booking invitation requires you to approve the entire amount of the reservation, but the actual payments will be spaced out on a monthly basis.

  •  We are a top rated Superhost on Airbnb with hundreds of five star reviews.  Here is a link to our Airbnb profile.

  • We do not arrange showings on our furnished rentals so as not to intrude on our current guest. We hope that the extensive photos, descriptions, and floorplan are adequate for guests considering our short term rentals. Many of our listings also have 3D walk throughs or video walkthroughs as well.  Typically our guests are from out of town and don’t arrive until check-in date anyways.  Note that we are a top rated Superhost on Airbnb with hundreds of five star reviews, so we hope that gives confidence that we are a professional team that delivers a quality product.

  • Most of our listings are monthly stays only, but it may be possible for special arrangements.  Note that the City of Chicago has a restriction on stays less than 32 nights, so it can be difficult for us to fill any gaps in our calendar less than 32 days.  Therefore we typically try to take new reservations as close as possible to the available date so as to minimize gap days which we wont be able to fill.

  • We do not allow temporary holds.  We prefer guests to only book a unit when plans are certain.  A booking blocks our calendar and we may fill in other bookings around it.  A cancellation then really messes up our calendar, and a late cancellation causes particular issues.  Refer to our cancellation terms.

Many of our apartments do allow for pets.  Please refer to the individual listings for more detail.  Our standard monthly pet fee is $200 per cat and $250 per dog.

  • We have Comcast Business Internet 200 MBPs at all of our apartments, which should be more than adequate for all streaming and work from home applications.  Some apartments also have a backup internet
